first_imgToday (Friday) will mark the 15th anniversary of the death of late PNC Leader and President Mr Hugh Desmond Hoyte, S.C. The People’s National Congress Reform (PNCR) has said it would be holding a ceremony of Floral Tributes inPNC Leader and President Hugh Desmond Hoytecommemoration of Mr Hoyte’s death anniversary at his graveside, the Seven Ponds, Place of Heroes, in the Botanical Gardens.This commemoration event is slated for 07:00h this morning. Mr. Hoyte was a former President of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana (1985-1992); former Leader of the main Opposition Party, the People’s National Congress Reform; and former Leader of the Opposition in the Parliament of Guyana.last_img
